SE-NE Friends of Capitol View Library


The SE-NE Friends of the Capitol View Library (FOCVL) support the neighborhood branch through volunteering, library advocacy, fundraising, community relations, and programming. We meet bi-monthly on the third Wednesday at 6pm.
